Add 4% to the total rental cost (processing fees and state lodging
tax 2%). During Christmas and New Years rates increase 50%. During
Easter week rates increase 15%.
Rental
Policies

- For arrival only:
- (1) complimentary 19 liter bottle
purified water.
- 1 tank of propane gas to heat the

laundry and dish soap, cleaning supplies).
- Additional expenses:
- Groceries are not included.
- Fees for overtime and/or additional
staff services.
- Tipping the staff weekly $100 USD
per bedroom occupied. ($400 USD minimum).

two full baths, a living room with TV, a small kitchen, and
a breakfast patio. The bedrooms lead out onto private terraces
and outdoor landscape.
